Some musings/notes:

1-Barbara is half-Brazilian here because Lee Tompkin's Gotham actress is of Brazilian background.

2-Continuing from that, I made Lee Tompkins her mother in reference to James Gordon and Lee Tompkin's love story in Gotham. Yes, yes, I know almost everyone hates Gotham, but I actually like some of the things in it, and Morena Baccarin's portrayal of Lee Tompkins is near the top of that list. And I did like Gordon and Lee's love story. So, in reference to all of that, Oracle here is the daughter of Gordon and Tompkins.

3-You will note that James Gordon Jr. is her half-brother. That's because he's still Barbara Keane's son. Earth 25 Barbara Keane is a psychopath like her Gotham-verse counterpart, thus providing an explanation for why Jimmy Jr. is one too.
