Description
In Avengers: Infinte, The USAvengers were dusted and Rhodey was spared. He finally was able to rejoin the Avengers, and was put on probation until further notice. When he learned about the Iron Man vs Thanos fight, War Machine blames Star Lord for Thanos winning, But Dr. Strange defends him and says that it is Nebula's fault. Then Gadget-Man gets angry at Rhodey for being an a-hole to Star Lord and everyone, and tells him that he is not a hero anymore, which Rhodey cries and tells everyone of what happened to him as part of the USAvengers and how he was treated badly and abused by the others. He felt that he wasn't a hero anymore and felt like a murderer. Gadget-Man apologized and Rhodey forgave him, because, Gadget-Man has the heart of a hero, something that Rhodey needs right now. He joins in the Time heist and was able to get the stones to the present, having Hulk snap his fingers for everyone too come back and was given a new suit by Tony, which he decided to combine both War Machine and Iron Patriot, American Machine.

He was in the final fight and was kicking butt with Iron Man and Rescue and was happy to be with them again. After Thanos was dusted for good, he quits the USAvengers for good and became an Avenger again and was able to be the hero once again from that day on.

The suit is based on the War Machine suit from Endgame and why not combine both suits as one to reflect Rhodey as a person. His American military side of Patriotism and his connection to his family and friends.
