Hobie Brown is one of the most uinderrated Marvel characters but also one of my favourites too!I tried to redesign him here, giving him a modern and edgier look!!! Like you can see here, nothing is totally concrete, and I let my hand and pencil express the wanderings of my mind!!!
Tell me what you think of that design and I hope you'll like it, even a little bit!!!
Yes he's protecting his hood against invading aliens too! lol
did a great color test on it!!! Visit him when you can and give him some DA love!!!!

Now I feel stupid for leaving that other comment on the other drawing with no color. But now that I see the drawing in full color, it looks great! My issue is that the Purple to Green ratio feels off and that may be because that back of the cape isn't showing much. In addition the whole modern and edgier thing feels a little too over the top for my tastes. But other than those two gripes, I commend the effort you put into it and I commend the artist who colored it in.

Pretty cool! I prefer your take on Prowler's costume than the characters actual designs. I reckon Marvel comics should take a hint to your design and incorperate it into reality!

I think he is on the right track with the colors but somehow it didn't quite work. The purple and green are Prowler's standard colors but here the purple isn't helping. But still it is a very nice coloring job.
