I coloured this piece with Gimp (free software 
the only problem is that I had only the low res
picture to work with so I missed some details

I think I preferred the cleaner version. The inks are overwhelming and the grittiness overwhelms the sense of action. Yes its Sandman, but its also spidey!

Woah, the inks for the grit flying out is like a major sensory overload on my eyes. Its like Im seeing the sandman in action, sand and all! The colors are great too! Especially on spiderman!
