Yes, it was drawn by Mark Bagley but this was also based on that famous Romita Sr's Spider-Man cover!!!

Who are the 3 faces? th one with an M on the forehead, the one looking like venom and the one looking like a spot rosach... And behind aunt may... is that Jackpot? and who's the guy in between Gobby and aunt may? and the one in front of the Black Panther
