Now this is a lot more interesting than the last piece I just commented on, the first thing I like about this is the way you have used a photo as the background and kept it as one colour, it brings my attention to the main character without thinking too much about the background.
Regarding the main character I like the pose you have chosen, it's a bit cliche and I have seen this pose done a few times in the comics but it works given the angle of the background. The red colouring on the suit blends with the whole colour scheme and the webbing pattern on the suit is done very well indeed. Kudos also goes to the web fluid, you've done a good job creating that look which some Spidy artists struggle to achieve.
I don't like the blue colouring on the suit though, it's very bold as you have overdone the highlights on it, where is your light source? It's all over the place, when in daytime (which judging from the background it looks like daytime) it should only be in one place, the bold highlights would make sense if Spidy was swinging accross the night sky over the street lights but he isn't. It's quite distracting and looks as though you haven't considered what material his suit is made out of and just gone for what you think looks "cool", here it looks more like a shiny metal than the fabric used in the films and comics.
Again all I see here is "wow great picture" comments, these comments may make you feel good (I'm guilty of typing these myself) but it's not really helping you identify what you need to improve on. Challenge your readers to give you some decent feedback.

I agree with you on many points here!
You seem to know artistically what should be done and what wasn't done here!!!
There's a lot of things I need to enhance in my work, and I still struggle in practicing!
I'm not the tailorsmith behind the color and background, my friend is and he's doing his best at his current artistic level, so am I!!!
Be sure, my friends and I ain't sitting on our butts, well contented by the occasional praise we get here on Deviantart, from time to time!! To the contrary, it keeps us getting much further!!
The praise just gives us the lil'tap behind the head that says "that's nice, keep it up!!
So we thank them for the support they give us, and the fun they could feel when they look at our stuff!!
It's genuine, I think!!
It's not my place to ask people to give me more artistically or pro-orientated comments!!
In Deviantart, a lot of people are simply fans that just want to express their immediate feel about what they see!
There've been some pros who gave Josh and me "decent feedback" and with that we manage to better ourselves, you can be sure of that! But people are free to say whatever they want to say about our humble stuff here!
If it's praise, amen to that, it's always cool to have cool comments. If it's a less interesting feedback, I take it nonetheless and live with it!

The color really bring this one to life. I didn't notice before, but I like how you can see the beginning of the web shooting out of Spidey's Right hand. I don't think I've ever seen anyone do that before. Great Job!
