Description
This is a more refined digi paints approach that i'm working on, broadening the horizons a little. I have a bunch of great linearts from Ian Richardson ([link] ), check out his gallery, he's done some great work for 2000AD and Marvel UK. Hopefully be doing some work with him in the future, just finding that right style for his lines... and strangely enough he's from my hometown neck of the woods which is great
That Brummie bond!Hope you like what I did with Dredd, this was just an experiment so the BG was quick and to the point! Ian wanted some of the lineart still in there and to take an inspirational leaf from Granov and Hughes, more Granov for me in this though. Hopefully get it down a little more with the next practice. I was also running back through some Bisley Dredd!
Around 7 hours all in, taking my time, getting it right (for me)!

oi, wankin and workin and workin at wankin! its workin! im doin okey dokey. i somehow landed assbackwards into doing the designing duties on a line of tshirts featuring my art! not gettin paid near enough but its a start. i'm postin up the designs once they see print in order to direct people to buy em. u better buy one. or else! jk, they're pretty dope if i do say so myself and feature completely kevin drawn n inked stuff (yay! homogenous art!) that will make u the envy of the brummie fashionistas round ur town!
and hey, is dude using that lonely inked piece me u n canaan did as a cover to the book? cause if he is, i dont want no ends on anything, but tell him to send me a friggin copy at least! and send me a blog link.

I dunno if the piece we did is the cover, its on the blog, but theres another piece on there too, like another pin up. Its not gone to print yet, but we'll have to check it out. I'll get us botha copy when its printed (or 2 for me and i'll post one over to you!) it prob would be the cover I reckon.
