"Progressive Insurance will be closing for the day in ten minutes," The preppy voice said over the intercom.
Flo set her price gun down in the stand, and yawned. She had quite a busy day saving people's money on car insurance, and now she was ready to go home, and get a good night's rest. it wasn't easy to stay as preppy as she was on a daily basis.
Most of the customers had left, and those were still remained were starting to disperse as the shopping day came to a close.
Flo pulled out his ruby lipsstick, and eyeliner and started to fiddle with her make-up while looking in the mirror.
Closing time finally came, and Flo was ready to close. She just about had her key in the door, when a man came walking in, wearing a trenchcoat.
"I'm sorry sir, but we were just about to close up for the night. You'll have to come back tommorrow." Flo said.
The man continued to come in. "I'm sorry, but I need a question answered. i heard you were the best in the business."
Flo's face lit up with the man's compliment. "I guess I could answer one question. What do you want to know?"
The man smiled. "Tell me, does your insurance cover giant spider attacks?"
Flo cocked her head in confusion. "Giant spider attacks? What kind of talk is that? Why would insurance cover something that doesn't exist?"
The man smirked. "I assure you it is a real threat." the man opened his trenchcoat to reveal a spider about half his size hiding just underneath. He gave a command to the spider, and it hopped off him and sprinted toward Flo.
Flo screamed, and started to run away, but her work shoes were bulky, and not meant for running.
the spider soon caught up to her, and grabbed her leg. It worked quickly, and bound her feet to the ground with webbing, keeping her from getting any further away. After that it trailed a webline from the girl's back, and hung her vertically in the aisle.
Flo whimpered and struggled, but she couldn't move. The spider climbed up the Flo's back, and pulled a sheet of silk from its spinerretts. It wrapped it around Flo's body, pinning her arms to her sides. She continued to struggle, even as her body disappeared under the shroud of white.
the man smiled as he watched his pet wrap the girl in the cocoon. She was now his.

Who was this man? Why was he doing this? What will his next move be? Hehe. I guess you'll just have to wait and find out. I had this idea pop into my head while, of course, watching a Progressive commercial. I like how this turned out. It's simple, but effective. Anyhow, for those of you who don't know who Flo is, she's a spokesperson/mascot for an insurance company. It seems that a lot of businesses are starting to replace their mascots with women. I can't imagine why. XD hehe.
