I have to mention that I like the Grand Theft Auto Saga and my favorite games are Gta SA and Gta IV
But I Don't Own the Remasters of the Classic Triology Yet. I'm going to get them for my Nintendo Switch
So what I did to get the model was that I downloaded a Skins Mod for Gta Sa
Extract the Textures from the Txd File and Import the Dff File to Blender and As a Thank You

The Requirements for the Model are:
Have Blender and Cinema 4d and....
I can't think of anything else to put here XDDD

I made the model mainly for Garry's Mod, but later I could
port the model for Source Filmmaker, Miku Miku Dance, Left 4 Dead 2
