Originating from a distant region as part of the Rosenkrantz family, Byron was born and raised alongside his triplet siblings Adeline (Suicune) and Cyrus (Raikou), with the trio forming a close bond from an early age. Being part of an old family with noble ties, Bryon’s upbringing was steeped in tradition and an honour-bound sense of duty, leading to a somewhat restricted and regimented lifestyle. As such, Bryon was encouraged to participate in sporting events alongside his brother, in spite of Cyrus being somewhat frail in comparison. Unlike his siblings, Byron was somewhat unruly in his younger years, actively resisting the lifestyle his parents devised. This resulted in Byron being moved from a private school to a military school quite early on, in an effort to keep him under control. This produced mixed results once Byron graduated, his rebellious streak was extinguished at the cost of disliking his parents and wider family all the more. In spite of this, Byron accepted his responsibilities within the family, more through a hard-wired sense of honour and respect as opposed to being offered any choice. As such, when he was called upon to travel to Canto with his siblings in an effort to broaden his family’s influence, Byron made no attempt to contest it. The opportunity to act outside his family’s direct influence was more than enough incentive. However, whilst he was still on great terms with his siblings, their personalities had become vastly different to their younger years. Cyrus in particular had become far more volatile and Adeline unsettlingly detached.
Upon arriving in Canto and settling in the Cerulean region, the influence of Jewel Frost was unmistakable as Byron and his siblings went about forming social connections with similarly wealthy families. Adeline in particular was very receptive to the advances of several Jewel Frost members they encountered at social events and the like, eventually leading to an invite to a private gathering that was revealed to be a screening by the Jewel Frost leaders. Having garnered passive interest in emerging quite suddenly amid the Cerulean elite, Bryon and his siblings had been under observation for some months after catching the eye of Jewel Frost in a relatively favourable light. The meeting was the leaders appeared quite positive, once again with Adeline being the most responsive to their suggestions and ideals. Byron however was not as easily swayed and whilst he remained outwardly pleasant and engaged, he firmly retained a neutral stance concerning gang membership. Cyrus however did not take to the unexpected screening well, clearly displeasing both leaders and then walking out before the meeting concluded. Whilst the leaders considered Adeline and Byron's potential membership, Cyrus took matters into his own hands and ventured to the Sage region, having found the selfish and greedy Cerulean denizens distasteful and exposure to Jewel Frost directly being the final straw. A chance meeting with several members of the Electric Jackals turned Cyrus' attention toward them instead, creating a rift between the siblings. Adeline was keen to align with Jewel Frost, Cyrus felt the Electric Jackals were more deserving and Byron simply wanted to live a normal life, ideally amid less self-centred and single minded people.
Shortly afterward, Adeline became a member of Jewel Frost and Cyrus reappeared having sided with the Electric Jackals, resulting in a fight between the three of them that ended with each going their separate ways. The final reason for which being Adeline lashing out at Cyrus and striking Byron instead as he attempted to calm the situation. Cyrus has notably been missing since that day, with Byron opting to take a directly opposite approach to his sister, settling in the Amber region and finding a means of assisting those less fortunate, primarily in an effort to find something genuine and long-lasting as opposed to what he considers falsehoods in Cerulean.

Byron is the only one of his siblings to have noticeable fangs, likely extenuated by smiling often; although it is rumoured his brother Cyrus did also before undergoing cosmetic surgery to have them removed.
The likelihood of triplets all sharing the shiny attribute is incredibly low; it was widely assumed when Byron first arrived in Canto with his siblings that they were not infact related, partcularly as they share little resemblance to each other.
