Design notes for this one... again this is continuing the cactus+jackrabbit theme with the white fluff being like the white fuzz you see on cacti sometimes! The name is a combination of rabbit+succulent

Thank you! When I moved West I found that the myth of the jackrabbit was a pretty well-known and well-loved part of the local folklore so I knew it had to be a part of the dex!
