In my mind I see Billy wanting to spend time with Spencer, just being together and having a nice date but Billy didn't want Spencer getting weird looks towards him talking to himself. So since he found out that bird poop makes him visible I'm pretty sure he would of used it again, so he used it that way he could actually hang with Spencer without making him look like a wierdo haha. My mind has one heck of an imagination. = u = And hey look a decent background! But what i really wanted to do was to draw Billy and Spence in different outfits XD One of my friends helped me out with Billy's outfit and I copied one of my guy-friend's outfit and just added the ghost and surprisingly it suited Spencer well :3 yaaaayyy its done
