Little concept made for my digital art class. I've always wondered how Peter Parker would actually dress up as Spiderman, presuming he's just a teenager and not a costume designer with impressive sewing skills. I personally think he would come up with nothing better than a ski suit, protective pads, martial arts gears, a hoodie, a ski mask and some kind of goggles...Spider-Man Β© Marvel

Actually looks like something marvel would do, maybe for a new Spidey noir suit or some new universe. Make your own spidey Web comic series with this suit. It would be amazing.

A couple of sites are reporting that this could be the new Spider Man suit in the movies, or that they will take notes from this costume. You happen to know anything about that or are those rumours false?

Considering this is fanart done more than 3 years ago, he probably knows nothing. An urban/homemade spiderman suit is a simple concept and I don't see how this guy would know about Marvel running with it right know just because he also did a few years ago. Unless, of course, the leaker had contacted him to tell him "hey your fanart looks similar to what I saw on the Civil War set, can I borrow it to show it to other people without getting shot in the head by Marvel Studios?"
That being said this artwork is fucking awesome, I wouldn't mind a tweaked version of this as long as it keeps this cool, spider teen factor.

I really do like the home made feel of the costume, that's always a problem with his movie suits, as fantastic as they've all been, it's also obvious that a teenager on a budget could not have made them. I would give him actual shoes, possibly some tabi-esque shoes, but everything else is awesome. Great work.

I really love it, man! The only thing I'd change is him wearing some shoes (since he can stick to walls through thick stuff, like shoes or sneakers). Now people is spreading it as the concept for the new Spider-Man in the movies.
