Little concept made for my digital art class. I've always wondered how Peter Parker would actually dress up as Spiderman, presuming he's just a teenager and not a costume designer with impressive sewing skills. I personally think he would come up with nothing better than a ski suit, protective pads, martial arts gears, a hoodie, a ski mask and some kind of goggles...Spider-Man Β© Marvel

You're correct, in some versions Spidey initially creates the costume to participate in a wrestling tournament.

and yes, I like that he didn't sew a costume that ressembles every other hero's as if every costumes were made by the same designer!

I wish this was Spidey's costume in the new movie. Then in the second one he could upgrade to a more traditional suit as he becomes more experienced.

I like it! Definitely more realistic and practical than the spandex they have him in generally. Would be cool if they did a story about him becoming Spiderman, and sort of evolving into his standard costume and skills. At first he's just some guy in a ski mask, doing some fancy jumps and more parkouring, then eventually he redesigns his costume, (maybe someone makes it for him) and he starts webslining more.

Nice. I really like his as a modern take on Spidey. If I could recommend somethings that to me, logically make sense. Maybe all of his skin should be covered. As in no finger-less gloves and he should wear actual shoes. He can't risk the police getting his fingerprints and finding out his secret identity. This is just me, I just figure that the hero always take into account how the police could find them while designing the costume, hence why there's always gloves and stuff. Still, none the less, I really love the redesign.
