steps :

1• draw the general outline of the hand, I usually draw the index and thumb to have some benchmarks.

2• uglily sketch the fingers. try to follow your idea of the hand more than your first outline (which often has proportion/perspective mistakes)

3• with a new layer (or just with a darker tone) draw the hand and fingers in a more detailed manner. don't care about the lines in excess, just have the right shape and perspective.

don't hesitate to look at your own hand while doing this, it'll help you correcting the mistakes (often in fingers size or orientation)

4• erase lines in excess, correct the last mistakes, delete the previous layer. you can now add shadows ^^
