when, in a restaurant my parents were texting to their friends and I was bored. this idea popped on my mind : what if slenders tentacles were made of blood, and they needed to blood-bend them?! (bloodbending=blood telekinesis )
so I did that^^
yeah, I know this theory doesn't work for offenderman because his tentacles are white and blood isn't, semen is...No. Nop. don't EVEN think about it ! you're digusting, Spin !

1 - Offenderman's semen is black. So...
2 - Maybe for Offenderman's case in your headcanon, that they start as black as blood at first, but then uses his skin to cover the blood tentacles. So, blood and skin bending, perhaps? Just an idea. c:

That is a good extension on the theory.

The reason of the initial theory is because after the ritual, that Offenderman has to get used to the feel of using tentacles. And then perhaps later on, that he feels that his blood tentacles needs protection. (since he is more active on hunts than Slender due to he hunts in cities and the sort. And also that he needs a more solid way to capture his prey.) So, he then thought of making his skin flexible. And after mastering that, he used the skin stretching skills as a shield for the blood tentacles. [since when a tentacle of his is cut, burned, etc.. that it does bleed]
