Description
So, this is what happens after I get into Shadow, Maria, and anthro hedgehogs.I wanted to show everyone exactly WHAT I'M MADE OF
Yeah, um, *lu-raziel 's version of the hedgehog Maria on the Ark, with the stars (if you can see them, at least XD). I sketched it up two weeks ago at the most. I just really didn't know what colouring style to apply.
I wanted to make the colours faint and light, but it was dificult to see OTL. I tried my best at the shading and contrasting.
Anthro artists - leave a comment and your opinion - I'd love to hear from you about THIS joke.
It's not the best Maria pic, but it's the best I can come up with NOW. I'm considering on practicing it when I have time.
The Original Maria Robotnik (c)
This beautiful version of her (c)
You: It sucks.
Me: I know. TT^TT

That is a good piece. The pose is strong and very feminine.
If I havenβt told you this before, you are VERY skilled taking your age in consideration I personally have a hard time keeping my pictures simple and clean with few slim lines, I donβt know if it is your way of cleaning up, but it looks great!
If you want it a little darker, there is a few ways you can do it in Photoshop. There is the option on the top of the screen βImage --> Adjustments --> Brightness/Contrastβ or you can paint it manually with the dodge and burn tool.

Aww, thank you for you kind words!
Yes, I see what you mean. Thank you
You do? Well, I guess the digital colouring covers that one up.
My sketches are often a mess.
I think the part that covered the flaws was the dark background
I appreciate the tip, but I already solved that manually by hand. Just little more shading and retouching.
But maybe I'll see if I can try that out sometime.

Ah, it's a little bright and difficult to see. Is there a way you can darken it a little?
That aside, I really like her~ the way you did the pose, the hair, the eyes, all very distinct and she looks very pretty as a result.
Nice job! =]

That's the whole point
I told you the scanner killed it. I think it looks better on paper, I swear.
Okay, I'll try to darken it, anyways. =]
Awwww, thank you
<-- Haha, I'm ripping you off
Srry.
