Ever since the Pandemic started, everything was on lockdown, though life was slowly starting to be normal again. It's been a couple of weeks (In Story) since Toad was tested Positive along with the other Toads and Toadettes. But luckily, there haven't been any new cases so far, and a cure for the virus has been approved and is ready to be used.

In the Mushroom Kingdom Lab. Dr. Luigi: Good'a news! The Cure, it's a ready to go! Dr. Peach: Wonderful! Dr. Mario walks in smiling.

Dr. Daisy: Yeah. Now we gotta to get the Vaccines to all the Patients. Dr. Peach: I'm heading into Toad's room with one bottle and a Syringe, and I need Dr. Toadette to come with me. Dr. Peach: Well, bad news, the virus doesn't seem to have any color, and none of the Pills work. so we have to try something else. Toad: Needle? She nods. Toad gulps. Dr. Peach: Now before we start, you need a mask. Do you have the strength to put it on? Toad: Yes. He grabs the mask and puts it on. Dr. Peach: Okay, Rubbing Alcohol, please.

Dr. Toadette gives the rubbing alcohol to Dr. Peach, who opens it and rubs it on Toad's arm. She then grabs the Syringe. Dr. Toadette grabs the Vaccine Bottle and Dr. Peach inserts the Syringe into it. Dr. Peach: Now keep still. She grabs his arm and inserts the syringe through his skin. Toad winces. Dr. Peach: Shh. She pulls it out and grabs a Band-aid and puts it on Toad's Arm. Dr. Peach: All done! He sighs. At Dr. Toadette: He'll be ready to go home in a few days. Dr. Toadette: Oh, thank you, thank you, Doctor! She was about to hug her but then raise her left elbow and Dr. Peach raised hers. They elbow bump.

Dr. Peach: Now let's go, we have other patients to heal. Dr. Toadette: Okay. She hops down from the Stool. walks to the door and looks back at Toad. He waves. She waves back, walks out, and closes the door.
