Another chart I did on Tierlist. On the X axis (left to right) is how difficult or easy it would be to wedgie the girl purely based on her outfit, not her talent or strength. On the Y axis (up and down) is the level of reaction they'd have, the top being the cutest/amusing/funniest ones.Related content

This is purely based on their outfit’s ability to make giving them a wedgie difficult from the back. So yes, girls like Angie are more protected because their giver has to go through her jacket first.

Sonia, Celes and Saionji being simultaneously the safest from being wedgied and the most colorful once wedgied is certainly amusing
Hina with her tiny shorts being an easy target is also pretty great. Love that Ikusaba having one of the simplest outfits and the easiest-to-access panties (ignoring her fighting ability) despite being completely deadpan through the entire process (unless it just hurts that much)
