My lost idea of that pic.

Here's the reason:
Scout as Baller which is the fast movement speed.
Sniper as Piercer which is the Bowman user.
Demoman as Slicer which is sword as a weapon.
And Heavy as Crusher which is the High health and Slow movement speed.

Also for some pose reference of Baller and Piercer from the pic I saw.
And Crusher pose of before fight of Crusher.
