In Depth Personality:
        Alone in some remote part of the ranch is where you will most likely find Shi spending her time. She is not highly social by nature, being very quiet and distrustful of others. She is quick to let others know that she wishes to be left alone and will even grow violent if she is not given her space. She always expects the worst from others and is afraid to let anyone close for fear that they will either hurt her or realize the truth about her.

        This truth is that she is actually very insecure in herself. She feels out of place with the world and rather lonely. Where once she had been happy as a child, the way in which she evolved- getting lost deep in the woods and dying, but not being allowed to move on to a new life- has made her feel as though she is not worthy of much of anything.

        Do not mistake her though. While she may be a loner, she is not shy or timid. She can stand up for herself well enough, as long as it is in a physical sense, and will stick to her choices and opinions tightly. On the rare occasion that she does make a friend, she will be even more loyal to them than she is to herself, and they may even have the chance to see the fragile girl within if she lets them get close enough... which is still unlikely.

        There are, however, a few situations that will bring out the softer side in Shi, and those are when others need her. Be it someone who is hurt or a small baby that has lost its way. When someone or something is in danger or in need, she forgets to think of herself at all and becomes a very gentle and caring soul, looking after others staunchly until they are better, have found their way, or get other help. As soon as they are sensible of what she is doing though, or if there is someone else there to notice what she is doing, she withdraws again, away from others.

      This has led to rumors that she is actually the one to take the young ones out into the wilderness or hurt the ones she tries to help. The rumors say that she wishes others to suffer the same fate she did. Shi is too reconciled with this view of herself to deny it, even though the truth is purely the opposite. She helps because she could not stand to see anyone end up as she did.
