Description
Last week I shadowed the chief vet for the Kentucky Racing Commission. He was one of the nicest people I'd ever met and let me follow him for four days at Ellis Park in Henderson, KY. He let me take hundreds of pictures of the horses. Before I left he gave me his card with an open invitation to come back anytime and to just contact him. I'm shooting for Churchill Downs next

I have to admit I don't know much about racing. Perhaps it was because it was a smaller racing park and they weren't as regulated as some of the larger one
