For 's Eye of Arisile TournyGalatas is no where near as athletic as he looks
He has poor balance.
Poor speed.
And poor strength.
In fact, the only things that make him anywhere near battle worthy are his ice powers and his intelligence.
He's both an exelent strategist and very booksmart.
He is a cold thinker. He doesnt really care about your sad story unless it has to do with him...
Oh yeah... and those little balls hanging from his belt are vials of water. Just in case

hmm...they'll be similar, yet different...

He can make ice out of any water within a 2 meter radius from himself =]
The amount depends on how much is available though. And he MUST have some kind of water.
If he where to make ice out of air humidity, he would have to concentrate more than if he where to take water from a pool for example.
Water in the air is sparse, and so it would begin with snowflake formations, and then bunching them up into hardent ice. =]
