YES you may use them for adopts for any currency (points, actual cash, character trades, whatever), and you may use them for references. You may also make any edits you may need.Otherwise:
1. do not claim as your own. i'd prefer if you don't remove the sig but if you do, just credit me elsewhere please.
2. do not distribute to people who have not purchased the lines.
I colored the eyes on a separate layer in the .psd so that you can change the color without erasing them using photoshop.
On the layer, go to Image > Adjustments > Hue/Saturation.
I believe it is similar for SAI as well.
