The Aquarians and the Azurians have mixed cultures a lot, so the wing gene is in some Aquarians. Except, these wings are very water repellent and have a certain chemical coating it in order to slip through the water, is it acts like a light up flipper.

ohhhh kinda reminds me of SeaWings from Wings of Fire. They have glow-in-the-dark scales that make them like super gorgeous, like flashlights on the inside. :333
