This looks like my Alice character. Funny thing is she was inspired by Samus. Alice is a female knight in gold Armor with a torn up red scarf. I call it her lucky Scarf.

As I said. Keeping warm. Wet suits work because they trap water in the suit, warming it with body heat, to act as a barrier between you and the cold water. But that takes time, so I pee in it a little bit as well.
