No She isn't she used her magic to disguise herself as a guy also since Sheik is athletic athletic woman lose most of the fat in their breast making look flat. Not only that but Zelda was flat chested to begin with probably making it easier to disguise herself as a boy. Even though the OOT manga isn't canon I'm going to be mentioning it. In the manga Impa puts Zelda's consciousness to sleep to make her think and act as a boy. Impa says to Zelda and I quote "Until the right time, Princess Zelda's consciousness shall sleep to awaken as a young Sheikah boy." Oh yeah and if Sheik were REALLY a boy that skin tight outfit would reveal the outline of his dick and balls which don't btw in the game meaning that Sheik IS female either that or Sheik has a microscopic penis like Ganondorf.
