"But don't you worry. I'm back. And this time, I'm here to stay."
"It's so, so good to see you again, old friend," Edward beamed, overcome with emotion.
"And you, old chum," BoCo grinned, equally overcome.
"We have a lot of catching up to do tonight," Edward laughed, once his fireman had wiped the tears from his eyes.
"Indeed," BoCo agreed, his own tears having been wiped away by his driver, "But I need to deliver these cattle to Elsbridge!"
"Oh! Before you go, BoCo," Edward exclaimed, "there's something I need to say."
"Oh? What's that, old chum?"
Edward beamed, even as his eyes threatened to well up once more.
"May your rails never rust!" He practically shouted.
"Haha! And may your paintwork maintain its luster!" BoCo cheered back as he trundled away.
