But i've been watching TFS abridged version of the series recently, it's pretty fun, but very crazy!

Probably because later she becomes a badass and manages to attain flight, something Alucard never could. Granted, by the time he's back he doesn't need flight if he's everywhere and nowhere making him essentially truly immortal.

Or at least trusted in the sense that he'll think of you as more than just spare blood. I think he actually does respect Integra to some degree apart from her being hot because well, she's badass. She's the one who offs the Major, she offed a Nazi vampire with a single swing of her sword and managed to get Anderson's respect, or at least enough that he understand why Alucard wants to plow her.

Yeah she is badass. She might not be physically powerfull, but she is very impressive.
Having a strong will, daring to stand up to far greater powers is something he certainly respects!
