Description
Set years into the future. Aqua has trained to achieve true balance within herself.Believing that in order to achieve balance in the worlds we must first
achieve it within.
In the moment depicted here, Aqua is launching a small meteor shower from within
the Realm of darkness against enemies in the realm of Light, riding one of the meteors
out of there, ready to save her struggling allies!
Wields the Heartless Angel Keyblade in its transformed state, in which she also gains
a secondary weapon, a double-bladed katana!
She got this keyblade after defeating Sephiroth in a duel.
The reason for her dark power being represened by the color purple is this:
Blue tends to represent order/structure while red tends to represent chaos.
Her darkness(chaos) being purple is symbolic of her having mastered her dark power
and being able to fully utilize it alongside her light powers.
The wing is a manifestation of the dark power she has gained, along with
the keyblade which would normally spawn a feather wing when transformed.

No problem. In case you're curious, the Avengers-Verse version of Aqua is based off her KHIII incarnation, specifically the initial assumption that she became a Xehanort, and is far stronger than her canon self (to give you an idea of Avengers-Verse Aqua's strength, she's capable of fighting on equal footing with the Avengers by herself...and there are 275 members by the time Aqua first appears in my story). To compensate, however, I put Aqua through hell on a physical and emotional level.

Alas, Aqua does not end up with a berserker rage as a result of what she goes through over the course of the saga of the Avengers-Verse. In fact, Aqua does her best to keep a tight lid on her emotions to the point that she comes off as cold and aloof when she first appears in the Chrono Rebirth Arc. It's not until the End of the Line Arc that Aqua's emotionless facade begins to falter, as she flies into a rage after Starlight Glimmer (who had recently allowed Terra's Lingering Will to possess her body) is killed by Rarity. However, the moment that Aqua's emotionless facade truly begins to crack is when Mega Man X offers Aqua a place among the Avengers after apologizing for his initial distrust towards her as he tells her that she's a good person despite her unorthodox methods...completely unaware that Aqua stole the Infinity Gauntlet from the Avengers and gave it to Kaguya Otsutsuki, Master Hand, Goku Black, Zamasu, Ultron, and Sigma so they could use it to erase their past sins by killing the Avengers-Verse refugees and subsequently recreating them as blank slates, which results in Aqua turning down X's offer while struggling to hold back her tears until the Avengers leave the Keyblade Graveyard, after which she breaks down crying as she bitterly rejects X's kind words and says that she's not a good person anymore while staring at her reflection on Captain America's shield (which Steve Rogers left behind due to becoming convinced that he no longer deserves to wield it in light of everything he's done).
In the following arc (Regenesis Arc), Aqua is sent by Organization XIII to the wreckage of the Avengers-Verse Refugee Ship after Kaguya, Master Hand, Goku Black, Zamasu, Ultron, and Sigma realize the Avengers survived their mass genocide of the Avengers-Verse refugees, where she finds out that Ciel (who Aqua quickly discovers has lost her memories as a result of her head being severely injured) and Robbie Reyes miraculously (albeit barely) survived as well and brings them to the Keyblade Graveyard, where she puts them into a deep sleep so their bodies can heal from the damage inflicted on them by the violent attack on the Avengers-Verse Refugee Ship...and it's here that Aqua's emotionless facade completely crumbles under the weight of her guilt, as she screams in despair after recalling X's final words to her after she helped the Avengers end the War of Creation since she ultimately stabbed them all in the back and caused them to lose everything just when they thought their troubles were over.

Having said that, would you be interested in drawing pictures of a Phoenix Force-empowered Anti-Aqua (albeit wearing her normal clothes) and Anti-Aqua wearing an unzipped Organization XIII cloak for me?

I'd complain about the impracticality of a double bladed Katana but, considering Sephiroth's weapon, and that the Kingdom Key is a giant key that you hit people with, I'd say it fits right in.

Well, I already mentioned before the idea of the Nobodies gaining their own upgraded outfits like Xemnas did in KH2. But, in Rechain, we can now see that the Nobody that Marluxia fused to could have been his own Reaper minions, but evolved due to fusing to him. The other Nobodies could attempt the same.
For another, Vanitas could try fusing to his Unversed to upgrade his own essence.
Then, for some more... had some ideas for both the heroes and... for new species entirely.

And were that not enough... imagine Sora being taught Command Styles, and combining them with other powers. Drive form for the magically enhanced multi-keyblade wielding(so he has four main keyblades, two floating and two in hand), keyform changes(each keyblade changed form), Command Styles(energy overlay granting additional powers and potentially energy weapon overlay depending on the weapon its effecting), all with the Union X symbol that he shot through for that past keyblade wielders bit also part of things. Perhaps the latter either being like a halo position over his head, while having keyblades to stand on under his feet. Perhaps a cape of smaller energy keyblades as well floating behind him that are smaller but more numerous than the two main floating keyblades aiding him in melee.
...and that's all without considering the possibility of either armor or glider to the mix.

Well, there's been hints of some species able to evolve. The Dark Hide that Aqua fights, the Rare Nightmares among the Dream Eaters. As such, I believe that if enough of a single essence is gathered in one spot, they'll evolve into a new form.
For one interesting one... the Nightmares are all animals, so what if enough darkness gathered with them to increase their madness, creating new nightmares that are living objects instead, called Traumas. Nightmares so abstract that even the environment are living threats, basically.

Yep.^^ Then, another... Replicas. Based on Xion's transformed state. Created from the gathering of forgotten memories from the sea of unconsciousness. Not just from one chain, but all chains of memories, the memory fragments that have fallen forgotten.

And another artist came up with another interesting idea. Basically, what if hearts released from Heartless by the keyblade got re-captured by darkness before they could return to Kingdom Hearts?

Though freed from the darkness entrapping them, they'd likely still have remnants of that darkness till cleansed in Kingdom Hearts. Thus, they'd be hearts influenced by two different tiers of darkness.

Precisely. Though, the designs he came up for them were unique. Similar to Hollows from Bleach, but more diverse, and the hollow like form... is technically its armored state. Break that state, and it reverts to a floating mask that, though more fragile, is more aggressive.
I also suggested(which the artist loved the idea for) to have the stronger ones' masks break into fragments to cover different parts of its armored form's body, said pieces pulled back together when reverting back to mask form. Unfortunately, said artist never made any more designs despite loving this idea.

And here's another concept: what happens if possessing type heartless tried to possess incompatible Nobodies? Nobodies that weren't their heart's original bodies if Emblem Heartless were used. (though, pureblood heartless possessor types don't have hearts in them, so that's an option too)
