I AM THE NIGHT...MARE!
Nightmare Batman! Coming from the same reality as my Joker and Harley .
While The Joker from this universe was severly mutated by science, Batman was transformed by dark magic.
Much more ruthless than the regular batman. His batarangs are made of bone, bones of unknown origin.
These batarangs are capable of latching onto the neck,wrist or ankles of those they hit.
Most criminals he encounters are brutalized and permanently traumatized.
There is no Scarecrow in this universe anymore, he discovered that his fear-gas had no effect on this Batman,
then met a swift end.
Gotham city has never been safer, yet no one feels safe...

A great idea. Batman fighting an evil counterpart from an alternate reality... But I guess they already covered that in :Crisis on Two Earths".
