who controls thousands of souls? Instant godhood! Symbiote thrown in for the fun of it
How did Alucard end up with these? Weeell it involves an odd key-shaped sword and breaking down dimensional barriers

So, Alucard, has a Keyblade, ergo a lot of magic at his disposal, there's his own magic, his guns which are already absurd, he has thousands if not millions of souls inside him, he's bonded with Venom, and has Soul Edge and Soul Salibur. Welp. Somebody get Beerus, because at this rate, short of a God, Alucard ain't gonna get stopped soon.

The soulswords power separately has always been a bit obscure, but combined pretty clear: Eternal youth,Teleportation, energy projection, flight, super strength, metamorphosis and more!
So its pretty much adding the power of a god to a character that's already close to being a god...and then a symbiote just because...and keyblade magic

So, eternal youth he already has, metamorphosis as well, super strength as well, energy projection, to a degree, the only thing new is flight.

Don't forget Teleportation! And by energy projection i mean beams of destructive light
and the ability to generate energy explosions.
As for what he already has, it just gets increased. Super-strength gets to hulk-level, his youth/immortality no longer needs to be maintained by drinking blood(he'll just do it for fun

So, he can become a DBZ character. Not necessarily on the level of later on in the show where everyone and their mother could probably blow up the Sun, but at least Nappa level, ie capable of effortlessly turning a city into a glass floor.

Great, as if killing him wasn't hard enough. Then there's the fact that if ALucard is around, Seras probably is too. And well, she's got an anti tank rifle. Or, had, not sure what happened to it.

So, Alucard has 2 Soul blades, a Keyblade and Venom to argument his already impressive abilities, especially if he has Shcrodinger inside him (giggity), and Seras gets Carnage. Well, she already has a shadowy arm which allows her to fly and slice through flesh like a hot knife through butter, and presumably quite a few guns, so, that's, not quite as fair, but Alucard is meant to be the stronger of the two, even if only due to sheer age giving him far more experience.

Though to be fair, i've been adding to alucards arsenal for quite some time, i'm only starting on Seras 
do some more with her in time.

being combined with through Alucard
As for Carnage, pretty much the same for now, gotta start designing her with it before
i decide if it will have anything unusual up its sleeve.
