Decided it was time to showcase my take on Charlie. Formally a W&S engine, Charlie was the original #14 of the North Western Railway before one day in the 1990s suffered an extremely bad accident. He was never the same again and ultimately this led him top being scrapped.

Edit ~ Just to let everyone know, the idea I had for Charlie regarding his accident was inspired by this video: Isn't It Funny.
