It's a little anime called "Mahou Shojotai (Magical Girl Squad): Alice" aka "Tweeney Witches" and it's like Spirited Away vs. Harry Potter vs. Moebius. Anyway, in Witch Haven there's a kind of "broom airbus" that would look a lot like what this poor little witch is waiting for.
Your airbrushing style is quite nice, I wish I had that kind of talent!
