It's a wonderful photograph but I think just one thing could be improved: the color of the eye and especially the pupil, which draws your focus to it, are lost next to the dark mascara. If you felt like doing a little retouching I think making the iris and pupil pop out a little more, and the makeup pop out a little less, might help differentiate it and bring attention to it, especially because the face is at an angle we don't usually see faces at here.
