a lil less in his then in yours, but the resolutiosn of the two images ot be merged should always be as close as possible, generlaly the resolutuion should be matched with the lower res image, that way it seems seamless and un maniped in this case yoru appels shoudl be slightly blurred and grainy liek the body

ya i was in abit of a hurry but the idea did come from his photo and another.....but i see where your getting the grainy problem....well i might fix it later
