Description
This is my first demon concept. Right now this is straight out of ZBrush, I'm currently trying to create a low-res version of him. I would like to do a lot more with this one.Related content

I like the way this looks overall, though I feel the upper arms seem too small for the body and forearms.

I felt the same way about his arms, but I thought there was something to the skinny arms that I thought gave him interesting characteristics.

I think it stands out more as seeming off, because the character appears to be made in a semi-realistic looking style instead of appearing more cartoon like. Currently to me, it visually looks like they are wearing large hands/gloves over their actual hands.
