in order for these to work, extract first then place the 2 files in the scripts folder in gimp 2.8.
Β then open gimp & click filters tab on top then scroll to bottom to where you see SV-Scripts & there should be 2 options when you click sv-scripts. see picture below. hope this helps. Enjoy!!!

jus wondering how to download this? do i do it as the other brushes in gimp..cuz its not making me get it into Gimp well i guess im asking do i extract this file or not how do i get ti into gimp hun thanks

yes extract them like brushes but put in scripts folder instead of brushes folder in gimp.

Any chance you've considered fixing it so that it doesn't cut the top of the orb off? Take a close look at all of the ones in your sample picture, they all have the top few rows of pixels cut off.

Can this teqnique be used for making an avatar with a pic?
Like if i were to take a pic of my favoriate anime character that i want to turn into an avi but into a shiny avatar like this how is that done?
