I like the over feel of the piece, it seems quite an intimate and reflective moment, the pants are very nicely stylised (kinda cubist), the belt or undies that display a pattern are great, and the hair is really nice, great job there!

I think you could improve it by stripping the body of all the shadows/shading, then being VERY selective about what shadows really need to be there depending the direction that the light is hitting,

Overall I think your anatomy is good but remember to watch the relative size of the hands, a persons hand is the same length as their face, (you can rest the base of your hand (at the wrist) on your chin and extend your middle finger up to your forehead/hairline to prove this)
also watch where you position the ears, the top of the ear is always in line with the top of the brow and ends around about in line with a persons mouth e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s… " width="15" height="15" alt="" title=" (Smile)"/>
