This is our newest Quiarota mare! Her original design was adopted from ~Toxicwolf72 and I used that basic start to capture a purebred lady.

Brief Story Paean is a spirited mare who comes from a domestic breeding program for the Quiarota horse. She was born with a twin but, because this particular breeding program was highly domestic, she was easily moved from that ranch to our herd once her twin was paired to a mate. The original ranch had no suitable match for her, and was looking to sell her so they could enrich their gene pool. I simply couldn't pass up this Quiarota beauty! As she is introduced into the small herd we have here, it is highly possible that she and Quituo will pair themselves together, but only time will tell. They may be hesitant to do so given the still rather small size of the herd, as any Quiarota takes his or her choice of mate very seriously, and these two may be reluctant to cling to the first available counterparts they meet. In any case, she will be a lovely addition to our growing program. I have no doubt she will adjust to our more natural setting quite easily, as each Quiarota most happily connects to equine counterparts than human ones.

Paean is relatively responsive to human characters, and her domestic upbringing is likely the cause of her mostly easygoing demeanor. Still, as always, our workers try to leave the herd to themselves so that they can form as natural a herd dynamic as possible. She is casual, playful, and seeks constant entertainment. Currently, she resides with Quituo , our foundational stallion, and Fayette , our partial-bred mare.

Paean's marking has been categorized in the cosmic niche, as it quite resembles a comet- or asteroid-type object. Although our people aren't totally familiarized with her yet, we see its influence in parts of her personality already. She has an adventurous spirit and a quick wit. Mirroring her marking's endless journey, in a way, is her apparently eternal search for stimulation and excitement.

BREEDING INFO
Although Quiarota are monogamous creatures, they can be artificially bred outside of their partnerships. This process is increasingly more difficult between paired horses, but is relatively simple between unpaired individuals. If you are interested in Paean as a dam, please send me a note and I will discuss the possibility and work out the details with you.

This is an original breed of my creation. If you are interested in acquiring a Quiarota of your own, please note me with your request. I am willing to create a design for you (which, depending on demand and time commitment, may be associated with a small price of a few points), and I am also willing to approve an original design of your creation.
