For the sprite sheets I like to take a screenshot of the base here: xsaria.deviantart.com/art/Home…
Then I use one of these talksprites: savannaegoth.deviantart.com/ar… shae-luvs-xei163.deviantart.co… and copy and paste them into my paint file and resize them to 150X150. Note: Those are not the dimensions, just how much bigger each side is getting. It's a . . . multiplying thing. It makes it one and a half times bigger, you know?
I copy and paste various sprites from the MSPA wiki to get the Derse and Propit dream attire sprites. I also go to the Aspect and Class pages on the wiki to get the color schemes and the symbols which I resize a few times to get them to fit on the god tier sprites (also found on the wiki).

I just draw the hair, horns, and clothing myself. And I use MSPaint. Though I suppose DA Muro would work too as well as GIMP.
