Indeed. But actually that's not that expensive for a one of a kind plushie. 

There's actually a whole iceberg of of hidden costs associated with making Split Mind Plush: there's the obvious cost of fabrics, beads, pendants, then there's a fees that webpages take per transaction, paypal also takes a cut of the profit, deviantart membership fees, art fair fees, printing material fees, professional photographer fees, studio rental fees, cost of shipping, advertising fees, marketing fees, cross-promotion fees and to top it all - I need to make a profit to pay my time. 

Hope that the cost makes more sense now
