Caliadne had been wondering for a while if Vaerinaerla escaped the flood that struck Taika. There were many wolves who didn't, and the pale darys saw neither hide nor hair of her friend while helping clean up the territory with her siblings, so she wasn't sure what to think. It was a pleasant surprise when she heard that Vaeri had arrived in the east with a few wolves who had been sheltering in Stonehaven. Cali wastes little time finding her to make sure she was okay, relieved that they both had made it out alive.
