After speaking with Yetta and Branka, the first mender Oscar shadows is Haruspex, accompanying her through Westwood and trying to pay attention to the descriptions of the plants she says she's looking for... mostly herbs he doesn't know. There are a lot more than the handful he's familiar with for injuries. Doubt chips away at him slowly while they walk, making him uncharacteristically subdued. He just hopes he doesn't look as clueless as he feels.
