I created it in Daz Studio. I rendered the background and the girls seperately (to make it easier to adjust things in Photoshop). The ghost effect was due to the pwGhost shader by Poseworks (available through Daz 3D). I rendered the girls twice with different shader settings and then layered them in Photoshop to make them stand out more.
