They look like regular students, the way I imagine it is she doesn't want to draw more attention so she tried to keep the guy in the tail from panicking and possibly causing a commotion, but then someone else came in, thus her freaked out look. No matter how you look at it, people will be in chaos if they see giant dragon girl running around, keeping a low profile might be ideal hehe. haha that was long winded but that's what I got from this wonderful piece! <3

Ohhh~ Now that you mention it, it does make a lot of sense if we look at it like that. In fact, now I can totally it like that in my mind. The giant dragon girl didn't want to drag the attention so when she's caught by yet another person she freaks out...
