lol, ok, let me explain
I made this for a picture editing contest last year on sbmania.net and it's pretty much Spandy, but all the way around. SpongeBob as the girl, and Sandy as the boy 
I was thinking of how their relationship would work out since SpongeBob is so femine and Sandy is so tough, so I guess this is the psychological view to it 
I need a therapist or something
