Her expression is awesome. Only concentrating on the icecream (that's why she only moves her tounge and tail) she wont accept any disturbance. I recognize a bit self-satisfaction in her expression. But that's not surprising: she made the ice out of 10 liters of her own milk.

There's a sort of hyper-reality to your style. It reminds me of the very successful Deviant, Themrock: [link] . I mean this in the most flattering way, of course.
I especially like "Cow with Cone." I'm drawn to this piece because I expect the very wide, detailed mouth to take a bite, but it never does! The animated tongue, which the viewer notices secondarily, is doing all the work. This immediately brings a smile to my face -- and I'm sure a lot of other Deviants would say the same!
You work well with traditional media, but have you considered a Wacom tablet or something similar? Of course, working with Jaime, I'm biased, but I think that digital tools would agree with your style! I see that you've done some digital coloring, and forgive me if I missed this, but have you done any digital drawing and inking?

Yes,I've used a Wacom tablet to digitally draw and ink. I use SAI for my digital works. If you look into my gallery, you can see some digital works I've done.I myself personally prefer traditional inking over digital,in that it gives more control. Most deviants on here, whom're my friends suggest I ink my works digitally. Though I just couldn't bare to let my traditional inking pens go to waste.Sounds silly, but that's how I feel.

No, not silly at all. You've got to be true to who you are - otherwise, what's the point, right? And there's a real romanticism to using traditional media (I think so, anyway).

"romanticism"? How so? Please explain? And how can you make the hand inked lines not look so pix elated when you go to color it digitally?

Not romantic as in love, but romantic like classic and old-school in the most awesome of ways. Like... medieval monks laboring over books with quills by candlelight vs mass-printed texts or e-books.
And about the pixellation, maybe it has to do with the quality/settings of the scan? I've always heard for best results scan at over 300 dpi, but I could be wrong.

Actually, I scan at 200dpi,so as not to over load loading times,or something like that. Do you ink your works the old-school way or digitally?

Both Jaime and I have done work with traditional inks, but Kate the Great is all digital β and all Jaime, as far as the inks go.
For digital inking, Jaime swears by CorelDRAW Graphics Suite X6. The files he creates are two different sizes: 300 dpi (for print) and 72 dpi (for the web).
I have MAD respect for artists like Al Taliaferro β an old-school Disney artist and the cartoonist behind Donald Duck. (He drew the DD comic strip from 1938 to 1969, and he was one of the best!) But for as much as I like that old-school look, I have to give it up just as much for artists who can rock amazing inks with a Wacom tablet.
Really, I guess I donβt have a preference, as long as the lines are smooth and clean. Controlled. Deliberate! Taliaferro understood that, and so did Jeff Smith and (of course!) my good friend, Jaime.

Wow, that's quite a inking history that you remember. So, it doesn't really matter, as long as the ink's neat?
I understand that.

Like you put the characters into a background like they do in comic panels and animation frames
