Please Note: This is NOT a digital hoax. It's all drawn by hand.The box from the Genesis game "Sonic the Hedgehog" some how intregued me, and I decided to draw Tails in the same pose as Sonic. I may color this eventually. Don't know when, but I'll color it.

What are your thoughts on the whole Chaos Emerald Hunting in the games to beat the game? What if they stopped using them?And just made games with random people or items to save in order to beat the game?

I don't really like the special stages, or the Chaos Emeralds themselves, for that matter. There's one game I would like to avoid the bad ending of (Sonic 2 for the Game Gear takes things a little too far).

Yes. Sonic 2-Game Gear version,the ending (bad version) is terrible sad.

I think I should elaborate on that... I like the special stages themselves, but don't like playing them. They tend to have pretty catchy music, and colorful graphics, but are generally frustrating. I like the special stages in Sonic Heroes, though.
The Chaos Emeralds... I guess this is more because of what people claim they, and Super Sonic, can do.

Looks pretty cool, seeing Tails in the pose Sonic had in Sonic 1 with the Sonic 1 box background

Tails looks a bit funny with Sonic-style eyes, but that's just IMO. The pose fits him well, and the background's nice and detailed. Unfortunately for me, my copy of Sonic 1 was part of the Sega 6-Pack, so I didn't get the box, but I'm sure it looks pretty cool.

I actually looked inside my SMCP manual, and just copied it . Tails and the background were both drawn freehanded. I didn't use the shapes to draw. I kind of scratch sketched the image.

thanks. Now here's the problem. when I look at something and copy it freehanded; it comes out looking really well. But when I draw something from my head, with out looking at anything, it doesn't come out well.
