I had 2 origin stories for that.
1. Johnnie and Jannie used her for target practice at a shooting range, and one of the bullets cut her cheek.
2. Johnnie and Jannie were throwing broken dishes at her, and one of the pieces cut her cheek.
3. They played too roughly with her thus causing an injury,which left said scar.
